Jane belongs to the generation who will be using popular social media platforms such as Instagram. As Jane is a fan of Green Day, she will be keeping track on the updates on her idols’ information. It is important to release any newest updates as soon as possible.


To promote Green Day Singapore 2021 on Instagram, we should constantly update the posts on our page to create enthusiasm. We will be posting sneak peek videos such as interviews on Green Day members and attendees that have been to their concert before. Through this promotional video, Jane will be motivated and tempted to attend the concert.


After knowing that we will always update our posts with the newest news, Jane will continue follow our account. There will be an increase in followers and this is when we can start to market to different market segments. We will be posting our recruitment for volunteers on our Insta-Story for those who are interested. We will also upload the requirements to be met before signing up to be a volunteer.


Although posting the information on Insta-Story will only last for 24 hours for everyone to see, there is a function to allow selected posts to be reviewed even after 24 hours. Those selected posts will be added into the “Highlight” function and we will be naming the “Highlight” as “Volunteers2021” to make it convenient for Jane. Even if Jane cannot afford the tickets or did not manage to purchase it before the tickets were sold out, she can still get a chance to see her idols by working as a volunteer at Green Day concert.
