Rex is a Sponsorship Director and he is required to check his business email inbox daily to secure business opportunities that will benefit his own company.
Email marketing is one of the earliest forms of digital marketing. This strategy is used by senders to secure their business opportunity with their recipient. Out of 3 types of emails, Transactional, Relational and Promotional emails, Promotional email will be the most suitable to be sent to the recipient we want to secure. It focuses on pushing offers and benefits of our event.
When crafting the email to be sent out to Rex, it is necessary to ensure our email reach him and not end up in the "Spam Emails" category. As Rex will be receiving a large amount of emails daily, we should make our email stand out by capturing his attention.

The first thing that will appear on his email home page will be the subject line of each email. Coming up with a creative and an innovative title will make Rex curious about the email and will want to continue reading into it.
When Rex clicks open the email, the content will be the most crucial part of the whole email. In the content, complete details should be included and the aim of sending the email should be clear and direct. It must be call-to-action based, which will inform Rex what we wish to obtain by work together with him. Telling him what we would like him to do instead of asking him if he were able to meet our requests will lower the possibility of Rex rejecting us.
