Regina prefers to communicate through social media where information can be obtained easily. One of the social media platforms that is commonly used by her will be Instagram.

Through Instagram, we can create a business account to post updates and information of Green Day Concert 2021. Based on statistics, the majority of Instagram users will be females between 25 to 34 years old. Instagram is easy to operate around and many businesses are using Instagram to boost their products. It is important to make our post eye-catching at first glance and the color of the picture should be more vibrant to get her to stay on the post and not just “scroll past”. When she “scrolls past” the post, it will indirectly be known as losing one of our customers as we can make money through just a single post. The more likes, comments and re-share our posts get, the more visible our company will become.

To do so, we should come up with our own hashtags such as #greendaysg2021 and #greendayhype2021. Coming up with our own hashtags will allow people to view more related posts with the same hashtags.
To market ourselves even more on Instagram, we will be coming up with a lucky draw to win free tickets. We will get people to follow us, re-share our post and add our hashtags. This will then reach out to a wider group of audience. It is also critical to provide detailed information in short sentences to use it as captions and include the product's link to make the process of purchasing tickets to be convenient. Instagram has proven success in being one of the marketing tools as 72% of Instagram users purchase their products using social media platforms.
